Malinis Property Services is dedicated to assisting individuals in creating a comfortable, clean, and organized environment for their homes or businesses. Operating in the Halton Region, including Milton, Burlington, Oakville, Georgetown, and Mississauga (West of Hurontario St.), the company provides cleaning services to both residents and business owners. The driving force behind Malinis Property Services is the understanding of the significance of a home or office as a sanctuary in today's fast-paced world. Whether it is for working, spending time with family, or simply relaxing, maintaining a healthy environment is essential for one’s well-being, property value, and peace of mind. Therefore, the mission of Malinis Property Services is not only to assist in creating clean spaces but also to contribute to the overall happiness and health of homes and businesses.
About the Project
A comprehensive brand overhaul was undertaken to align with the expansion of their service offerings and a more defined target audience. This encompassed creating a new brand and visual identity, designing a website on Squarespace, and developing additional marketing and promotional materials, including business cards and truck wraps. Additionally, a social media strategy was devised, complete with design templates, to ensure a cohesive and professional presence across all platforms. These elements were crucial for the client as they added more services to their company, necessitating a refreshed and targeted approach to their branding and marketing efforts.
Brand & Visual Identity
The brand & visual identity of Malinis Property Services was meticulously crafted to appeal to higher-scale companies and corporations while embodying the essence of the company. The logo, central to the visual identity, was designed to represent cleanliness without being overly gender-specific. This was complemented by the typography, which features strong, simple lines with sharp edges that mirror the pointed petals of the flower icon in the logo. The colour palette was carefully selected to include natural hues that signify cleanliness and simplicity, while also providing enough contrast for future designs.
Ultimately, the overall goal of the brand design was to create a flexible and scalable identity that would allow the company to grow, expand its services, team, and locations, while maintaining a cohesive and professional image. This strategic approach ensures that the visual identity not only aligns with the company’s current mission and values but is also adaptable to future developments.
Website Design (Squarespace)
The goal was to create an online presence that is user-friendly, professional, and appealing to the target audience. First, a detailed analysis of the company's goals, services, and target audience was conducted. Then, a site structure and design mockups were developed, making sure they aligned with the new visual identity. The website was built on Squarespace, incorporating the new brand elements, relevant content, and essential functionalities. Special attention was given to responsive design to ensure accessibility and performance on all devices. After rigorous testing of functionalities and user experience, the website was officially launched. The entire process was focused on ensuring the website reflects the brand's new visual identity and effectively serves its clientele.

This double sided door hanger was designed to outline the services Malinis offers and specific details pertaining to the customers needs.

Truck wraps were designed for all company vehicles. The design required a partial wrap of the vehicle as was designed to work with a variety for different truck models.

Using the brand pattern, we were able to create a unique and simple business card design. A design was created for each employee and staff member.
